  • Do I need this even if I am already in rehab?

    Yes! These programs together are probably much better than the rehab you are currently doing because they will help you now but also in the future. You can also mix and match and add exercises that you find helpful to your routine. You will get the best of both worlds.

  • Does this involve plyometric training?

    The Foot, Ankle, and Achilles program does have plyometric workouts. They are introduced in the final phase after you have built strength and mobility.

  • Can I do other training while also doing programs from the bundle?

    Yes. These exercises, progressions, and movements can be used to supplement your current training. You can also combine these movements with other exercises that you like.

  • Do I need to have a lot of time to complete these programs?

    No. These are self-paced programs. You can do them whenever you have the time for it. Since you will have lifetime access to these programs, you can supplement them with any of your current routines with ease.

  • I don’t have a lot of space. Will that be a problem?

    No. These programs were developed for everyone and you can easily perform these movements even if you don’t have a lot of space.

  • Do I need a lot of equipment to do these programs?

    No. A lot of the movements are bodyweight only. You might need access to some equipment like dumbbells for certain exercises.

  • Will you add exercises to these programs?

    We are always tweaking our programs and we will let you know whenever we have added new routines to our existing programs.
