Over 1,000 people across the world are now working on their
Lower Body Basics (Phase 1).

Phase 2 follows a similar format.
Again, we have a mix of Breathing, Mobility and Strength exercises.
Everything can be done from home with little to no equipment needed.
The principles are the same. They will never change because that is what works.
But we have tons of progressions for you!
You don't have to be an athlete, you just have to be a human who wants to feel & move
It's all do-able (if you have done Phase 1), but again, it will be pretty humbling for you (in a good way).
You don't have to have mastered every exercise in Phase 1.
You can keep working on some of the ones that you still find challenging while you progress on the rest.
I can't wait for you to get stuck in!
Once you have started this way of training it's important to keep going with it and not slip back into old habits.
Remember, you can get stronger and feel/move better at the same time!
Don't let anyone trick you into thinking that feeling like crap all the time is normal.
Don't fall back to the dark side.
