What do I need?
For 70% of the program you don't need any equipment.
For the last 30% you will need a light medicine ball. A football or basketball will be fine to get you started.
This program is designed to get straight to the point.
There is no foam rolling or any useless stretches that don't work.
There is no strength exercises that promise to help but end up making you feel worse.
You will feel stronger, more stable & more mobile than you have in a long time.
